With a heartfelt commitment to addressing trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression, Schante’ blends her professional expertise with her Christian faith to provide empowering counseling services.

Understanding the unique challenges faced by women of color, Schante’ brings a deep empathy to her practice. She recognizes the impact of past traumas and societal pressures, offering a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences without judgment.

Schante’ utilizes evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing (MI), infused with spiritual guidance, fostering psychological healing and spiritual growth. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Rosemont College, specializing in trauma-focused counseling.
