Dr. Angela Roman Clack
Dr. Angela Roman Clack is a distinguished licensed psychotherapist and the esteemed CEO of Clack Associates, LLC, a premier private practice outpatient counseling agency located in Southern New Jersey. With an impressive career spanning over three decades, Dr. Clack has dedicated herself to the mental health field, leaving an indelible mark through her expertise and passion.

Her group practice specializes in treating women and young adults dealing with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, emotional distress, and relationship/interpersonal issues. Beyond clinical practice, she imparts her knowledge by training counselors, social workers, and various medical and mental health professionals on essential aspects of mental health care, interventions, and self-care strategies, with a focus on burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma.

Carmen D. Griffin,

Meet Carmen D. Griffin, MSCC, LPC – your trusted guide through life’s challenges and transformations. With nearly two decades of dedicated service in the public and private sectors, Carmen brings expertise and compassion to her practice.

Throughout her career, Carmen has navigated various levels of care, from Intensive Outpatient Programs to Partial Care Programs and Outpatient Programs. Her extensive experience has touched the lives of countless individuals and families across New Jersey’s Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Mercer County areas.
​
Carmen’s passion lies in helping her clients confront and overcome a wide range of issues, including mood disorders, co-occurring conditions, trauma, parent-child dynamics, marital struggles, and crisis interventions. She believes in extending a helping hand to those who may feel they lack the resources to lift themselves up, understanding that not everyone has the same starting point in life.

As a practitioner who practices what she preaches, Carmen emphasizes the power of knowledge and personal empowerment. She is committed to educating and supporting clients on their journey to healing and growth, fostering an environment where individuality, diversity, trauma, and faith are honored and embraced.

Schante Frazier
Introducing Schante’ Y. Frazier, a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to guiding Black women on their transformative journey towards healing and self-discovery. With a heartfelt commitment to addressing trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression, Schante’ blends her professional expertise with her Christian faith to provide empowering counseling services.

Understanding the unique challenges faced by women of color, Schante’ brings a deep empathy to her practice. She recognizes the impact of past traumas and societal pressures, offering a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences without judgment.

Schante’ utilizes evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing (MI), infused with spiritual guidance, fostering psychological healing and spiritual growth. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Rosemont College, specializing in trauma-focused counseling. Believing in the power of self-care and wellness practices, Schante’ encourages her clients to reclaim their strength and resilience. Actively involved in her clients’ journeys, she organizes inclusive events spotlighting the courage and resilience of women of color.

Lynette Davis
SFCC, MA
Lynette Davis, SFCC, MA (she/her) has been involved with Clack Associates in some capacity for the past decade, most recently joining the team as the Practice Management Coordinator. She primarily welcomes new clients into the practice by assisting with their intake process and managing other behind-the-scenes projects.
​
Additionally, Lynette is a writer, spiritual director, and mental health peer advocate trained by NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), the Institute for Poetic Medicine, and Mental Health First Aid.
​
Lynette earned a Master’s degree in Theopoetics and Writing from Earlham School of Religion and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers University with a BA in Sociology. Her writing and expertise have appeared in several publications, including Spirituality & Health Magazine, Wellness Universe, South Jersey Biz Magazine, and Stay Focused Magazine. She is also the author of Success To Die For: Breaking Down Assumptions About Anxiety, Depression, & Suicide and Their Impact on Business Women.
